We accept: BCBS, United Healthcare, Healthcare Highways, Aetna, Healthchoice, Tricare (out of network), Ambetter, WebTPA. Out of network benefits can be used and filed for you.  See below.

Many individuals are unaware that therapists may choose not to participate in all insurance panels due to the reimbursement rates. These rates can vary significantly depending on the insurance provider. Your claim will be filed by the clinician.  The cost of the session will be applied toward your deductible.

Initial intake sessions can be up to 90 minutes.  Ongoing therapy sessions last 50-55 minutes.

Our physical office is in Oklahoma City.  Telehealth is provided to both Oklahoma and Oregon residents.

Weekly appointments are scheduled on the same day/time unless other wise requested.  Clients on a biweekly schedule are given a link to self-schedule in the calendar portal. Weekly appointments are requested by the clinician for a minimum of 4 sessions, in order to build rapport and unpack your concerns.  

18-60 is the primary age group seen at Lotus Mind Therapy by Kristin.  Other age ranges and specialties will change in the coming weeks when additional therapists are hired.
