Your claim will be filed by the clinician.  The cost of the session will be applied toward your deductible.

Our physical office is in Oklahoma City.  Telehealth is provided to both Oklahoma and Oregon residents.

Weekly appointments are scheduled on the same day/time unless other wise requested.  Clients on a biweekly schedule are given a link to self-schedule in the calendar portal. Weekly appointments are requested by the clinician for a minimum of 4 sessions, in order to build rapport and unpack your concerns.  

18-60 is the primary age group seen at Lotus Mind Therapy.  Adolescence 13-18  are seen if they experience gender concerns.  Adolescent parent requested to attend once a month, to ensure continuity of care and increase
