Grief counseling supports individuals navigating loss, including the death of a loved one, changes in identity, strained relationships, or cumulative losses over time. Grief does not follow a predictable timeline, and therapy provides space to process emotions without pressure to “move on.”

Trauma therapy is offered using a trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety, stabilization, and readiness. Trauma can stem from a wide range of experiences, including childhood experiences, relationship trauma, sudden loss, or ongoing stress.
Therapy focuses on helping clients understand how trauma affects the nervous system, emotional regulation, and relationships, while supporting gradual and sustainable healing. Trauma work is never rushed and is always collaborative.

Individual therapy provides support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, identity exploration, and stress. Therapy is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.
Sessions are tailored to your goals and may integrate trauma-informed, relational, and evidence-based approaches depending on your needs.

Couples counseling supports partners working through relationship concerns such as communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, trust issues, and the impact of stress or life transitions on the relationship.
Therapy provides a structured, neutral space to explore patterns, improve communication, and clarify goals for the relationship. Work is collaborative and paced to support emotional safety for both partners.
